WHAT IS KETO?
Keto is an eating plan that is based on meals that are low or very low in carbs and higher in protein and fat. Some keto plans suggest a maximum of 50g of carb consumption per day. The meals we have create in our Keto Friendly range are almost all less than 20g carb.
Our Keto Friendly range of bundled items are all high in protein matched with a low or very low carb side.
They are all in the low range of calories per serve.
They are also not particularly high in units of fat so you may choose to add to the meal item to increase your fat intake.
You can also mix and match your own bundle from our keto components, 250g protein items and low carb sides.
